Minutes : Cobblestone Homeowners Association
The bi-weekly meeting of the Cobblestone Homeowners Association was held on the Friday, June 12th, 2023 at 7:30 PM. The meeting was led by Ms. Smith, and included the presence of|was comprised of a decent number of homeowners.
The following the meeting included:
* Discussing the recent community project, that park renovation.
* Addressing homeowner concerns regarding parking.
* Approval of the proposed budget for the upcoming fiscal year.
The meeting was closed promptly 9:00 PM. The next meeting is scheduled for September 15th, 2023.
